Comox Valley Literacy Now funds 10 literacy projects!

Comox Valley Literacy Now has selected ten literacy projects for funding through the Micro-grant process. The projects include:

  1. Little Learners Literacy Program – Comox Valley Family Services Association
  2. The Women’s Learning Shop – Comox Valley Women’s Resource Centre
  3. QUeer Youth Project! (QUYP!) - The LINC Youth Centre
  4. Seniors Writing Circle – Adult Learning Centre
  5. Mobile Assessment Services – North Island College Assessment Services
  6. Comox Valley Children’s Day Care Society – Live, Learn and be Healthy
  7. World Community Development Education Society – World Community Film Series
  8. LUSH Preserving – LUSH Valley Food Action Society
  9. Colour Your Community Citizenship Literacy Project – Valleylinks
  10. Money Skills for Parents and Teens – Adult Learning Centre
